1. What is your return policy?                                                                                                          At this time, we do not have the operational capacity or staffing to accommodate size exchanges or general returns, and all sales are considered final. We kindly ask that you review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange to ensure you receive your product in proper condition. We appreciate your understanding.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, OrdinaryPractice reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the depreciation in value. The assessment of the item's condition will be conducted solely by OrdinaryPractice, and the deduction amount will be determined at our discretion based on the item's state upon receipt.


2. Where are you located?
We are located in Brooklyn, New York.


3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, customers will receive a tracking number either through email as soon as their order is shipped.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept every payment methods which is available with Shopify payments, including credit/debit cards,, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact our customer support (support@practiceordinary.com) and request to cancel or change your order. Whether the cancellation or changes can be done depends on the stock and if fulfillment is started.


6. How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


7. How can I find out about the care instructions for a product?
All necessary information about the care instructions for our products can be found under the section ‘’Garment care’’ under each product, and on the washtags.


8. What materials do you use for your products and why? You can read about the garments details, fit, fabric, fabric composition - and why in the descriptions of each product.

10. Stockists?                                                                                                                                     Our sole current stockist is Free Agency, located in New York City at 85 Hester Street.
