All sales are final. OrdinaryPractice does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@praticeordinary.com]. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review it.
If the item is determined to be defective or damaged, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a resolution.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, washing, wear, or use of the product. Please refer to the care instructions provided with each garment.
OrdinaryPractice reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective.
